• Consulting (2026): built records tooling and a searchable archive for an HOA management firm.
• Northwest Local Cannabis (co-founder, 2021): licensed craft cannabis producer. Built its operations platform and brand site. Manage marketing, sales, distribution, compliance, payroll, and budgets.
• The North West Clothing (2001): apparel brand. Built its first online store in 2001; selling on Shopify since 2006 on custom themes; relaunched in 2026 with print-on-demand fulfillment.
• Audeos (2004): Seattle DJ and music production business, and an online radio station.
• Rooted Community (2024): website for a WA nonprofit serving system-impacted BIPOC communities.

Senior Software Development Engineer · U.S. LawShield

• Overhauled the legacy codebase of a national legal-services membership platform: split it into services, fixed bugs, and added features without breaking the legacy API contract for existing clients.
• Built the internal React dashboard used by support agents, attorneys, and executives.
• Containerized the stack on Kubernetes (AWS EKS) with the DevOps lead.

Full Stack Engineer · Instrument

• Rebuilt the website for the nonprofit BlackSpace with the agency’s design and engineering teams.
• Owned the team’s dev environment, database sync tooling, and CI/CD.

Software Engineer · Crowd Cow

• Owned recurring billing; lifted payment acceptance from 70% to 90% with reason-aware retries.
• On-call rotation covering production incidents and support tickets escalated to engineering.

Software Development Engineer II · Tomorrow Ideas (acq. Ethos Life)

• Joined as a contractor to lead the web build for the public launch; promoted from Software Engineer to SDE II and stayed through the acquisition.
• Built the admin dashboards the executive, BI, marketing, product, and support teams ran on.
• Built API integrations for partner companies, working with their engineers and product teams.
• Mentored junior engineers through pair programming and code review.
• Built the document generation that produced wills and legal documents valid in all 50 states.
